Realtor Referral Program Commission
Once your client signs a management agreement, you can expect a generous referral commission. For one to three single-family homes, you’ll receive 20 percent of one month’s rent on each property. Send us clients with four or more units to be managed, and we’ll pay you eight percent of one month’s rent, unless we negotiate something different de pending on the portfolio. You might have a client with mixed assets that are single-family homes and multi-family units. Maybe they just bought an entire apartment building. We can talk about that commission.
