Real estate agents and property management professionals can work together to provide outstanding rental experiences for owners and investors. At Homevest, we provide a Realtor Referral Program to licensed Realtors who have clients needing property management.

The market being as hot as it is, you likely don’t have a lot of time to help your investor client manage their properties. You’re busy doing what you do best – buying and selling homes.

Our program includes incentives such as commissions and guarantees for our plans to return your clients to you when they’re ready to sell.

This is a business based on trust and communication. We value our relationships and partnerships with Orlando real estate agents, and we work hard to make you look good to your clients.

Exceptional Orlando Property Management Services

Partnering with us is a benefit to you and it actually improves the relationship you have with your clients. Our property management services are some of the best in Orlando, and we work in surrounding areas as well, including Winter Garden, Doctor Phillips, Baldwin Park, Winter Springs, and Windermere.

When we manage a home for you and your clients, you can count on us to:

• Establish the right rental value for your client’s property.
• Lease the property to a well-qualified and responsible tenant.
• Collect rent and enforce the lease agreement.
• Respond to emergency and routine maintenance issues.
• Protect the condition of your client’s home.
• Keep you informed about everything that’s going on at the property.

We will make sure your client receives regular rent payments and accounting statements. They’ll have an online portal they can use to view reports, scan the lease, and send us messages. We are responsive and proactive, and we know what it takes to effectively manage a rental home.

Realtor Referral Program Commission

Once your client signs a management agreement, you can expect a generous referral commission. For one to three single-family homes, you’ll receive 20 percent of one month’s rent on each property. Send us clients with four or more units to be managed, and we’ll pay you eight percent of one month’s rent, unless we negotiate something different de pending on the portfolio. You might have a client with mixed assets that are single-family homes and multi-family units. Maybe they just bought an entire apartment building. We can talk about that commission.

Returning Your Orlando Real Estate Client to You

Your client is still your client. When they let us know that they’re ready to sell, we’ll refer them right back to you.

The scope of our work is to make you and your client happy and protect their asset when it’s on the rental market. As soon as they’re ready to sell that home or buy another, you’ll get their business back. It’s a win for us and a win for you.
