What do I do in case of an emergency?
To report an emergency, such as a fire on the premises, major water intrusion, or major electrical issues, please contact your Property Manager and provide a detailed description of the emergency.
For fire emergencies, please notify authorities by calling 911 before contacting your Property Manager at Homevest.
In the case of a major water leak or gas leak, immediately turn off the supply valve, contact the appropriate company and then notify your Property Manager.
All other non-emergency maintenance requests need to be submitted via your Resident Portal
